Incredible Inventions Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Incredible Inventions. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full and immediate refund. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to cancel an unshipped order.
🔁 Returns for Shipped Orders
Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unopened and in original packaging. However, some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance restrictions:
Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Food or food prep products

  • Clothing, bedding, wearable, or hair-removal items

  • Cleaning supplies (tablets, sprays, solutions, etc.)

  • Consumables or tablets

  • Clearance or final sale items

     
    🧾 How to Start a Return
    If your item is eligible for return:
    1. Open a help ticket at our Help Center or email us at help@incredibleinventions.com.
    2. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the correct return address.
    3. Do not send items back without an RMA. Items returned without prior approval and an RMA will not be accepted, and no refund or credit will be issued.
    📌 Note: Returns are processed at different facilities than where orders are shipped. The correct return location will be provided once your request is received and reviewed.
    🛍️ Retail and Third-Party Purchases
    This return policy only applies to purchases made directly through:
    Items purchased from third-party sellers (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, CBS Deals, etc.) must be returned to the retailer from which they were purchased. We cannot process or accept returns for products purchased outside of our official sales channels.
    📦 Return Conditions
    • Products must be returned in the original packaging
    • Include all original parts, accessories, and manuals
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected
